Nice big hotel in a very nice location. Located right across the street from big train station so made things very convenient in terms of travel. Hotel rooms were a little small but has everything you need. Staff was super helpful with luggage and overall very friendly.

Good choice for families. Easy access to KL Sentral and nearby Mall. Rooftop pool is super nice, but lacking some more spaces with shadow. Breakfast is good with many varieties. Breakfast restaurant is lacking some coziness and feels very cold.

It has very good location and very good breakfast. But do not stay in the room lower than 15th floor due to the train. We stayed in the 6th floor. The train sounds loud especially at night.
