"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it."

"I cannot recommend highly enough. Simon was on call 24/7 and the information pack was so informative. The only time I had to contact Simon was to ask for an additional 3 nights stay (that says a lot about my enjoyment there), and to check where the recycling bins were which was my stupidity."

"A very enjoyable stay. The apartment is absolutely immaculate and suited us perfectly. All your needs are catered for. Great location for the shops and restaurants and great to have private secure parking. Also perfectly located to explore the Cotswolds. From start to finish the communication was great. Self check in and out was easy and you felt that if you needed anything, Elliot Oliver staff were always on hand. We would definitely return."

"This flat was very nicely appointed, the only issue we had was that despite adjusting the temperature controls in every room they appeared to make no difference to the actual temperature - they were either on or off regardless of the setting. "The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...

"Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. "
