“Great spot in the centre of Biarritz.”

A lovely place to stay, with very helpful staff. It was right in the centre of Biarritz,and was just round the corner from the local park.

“Suitable to families”

Our room was very suitable to the familiy (2 adults and 2 kids). The bunk bed area looked small, but our kids loved it very much for their private space. The acess from the hotel to the beach and the restaurant area was quite easy. We really recomment this hotel.

We loved our holiday in Biarritz and our apartments at Hotel Residence Biarritz Ocean were fantastic!! Not only were they clean, spacious and have all the amenities that one needs on a self catering holiday, but it is extremely well located - close to the beach, bars and restaurants! Would definitley go back again and highly recommend any travellers passing through Biarritz to book this hotel!

“Dream in a reality”

My dream which many years seemed impracticable has come true. To visit Biarritz - the remarkable place wonderfully connected in Russian history and culture. To plunge into atmosphere of slow measured life. To see ocean, to bathe in it. The hotel in which we lived, is very successfully located, all nearby: a beach, shops, the market, restaurants, theater, mail, bus stops.

“Very comfortable and convenient to all amenities”

The apartment was very clean and spacious although a little basic in it's design and decor. It is centrally located and is close to the town's market, shops and restaurants. It is only five minutes walk from the beach. The service was very friendly and efficient. Overall I found the apartment very comfortable and I would certainly stay here again if I return to Biarritz.

“Comfortable and convenient”

The hotel is very well located, near all amenities, but is also close to the seafront. As well as the hotel`s own garage, there is a well kept private parking garage in the same road as the hotel. The staff are helpful and the room is cleaned every day to a good standard. A good place to stay if you want the flexibility of either eating out or making your own meals.

“Adequate Accomodation”

It would hqve been helpful to receive directions to the residence, since the town has a complicated one way system. The residence lacks personality and expects a lot from its guests. Room service, as with all other services minimal.

“Not Good”

Unhelpful staff. Apartment was dirty with some applicances broken. Not worth the money.
