EXCELLENT quaint hotel!!!!!!!

Beautiful family run hotel. The lady at reception upon check in was very pleasant & helpful. The hotel has a beautiful decor and has a relaxed atmosphere with old grammaphone playing chilled music in the hallway. We really felt at home whilst experiencing the true french living.The Hotel is very close to the shops and beach. The room had everyfing we needed.The hotel also accommodated an early check which was great. We lost our card for the Indigo carpark and the hotel rang ahead and resolved the issue for us. We didn't try breakfast but we would most definitely recommend staying here👌 It was also great value for money! Thank you for such a memorable stay.

A few issues when we stayed here

Firstly the good, the hotel was clean, tidy & comfortable, with a nice shower. Good location, easy to walk to lots of restaurants and the beach. However, the room was smaller than expected, also the hotel advertises on street parking outside, however this is not free and very expensive. We ended up parking in a public multi story, therefore, could have widened our initial search of hotels, to many more (as most other hotels, honestly list that they don’t have parking). Then the worst thing of the stay, was that a 4 digit code is needed to get into the hotel main front door at night when there is no one on duty, and we were given the wrong code written down. which obviously we didn’t find out until we tried to get in at night. There was a button to press to speak to someone, which we pressed multiple times and no one answered. I tried telephoning the hotel’s number and no one answered, so we were stuck outside the hotel in the rain, facing the possibility of having to see if we could find another hotel for the night. Thankfully after the multiple button pressing, telephoning and myself and my wife debating what to do next, another couple came back to the hotel, who had the correct code! I completely understand that someone might make the mistake of writing down the wrong number, but surely if a hotel full of guests has no one on the premises at night there should be some way to contact someone in an emergency. Gratefully, on complaining we were given free breakfast.

Une seule nuit dans cet hôtel de charme idéalement situé en plein centre. Tout le confort dans la chambre. Déco très sympa. Seul bémol, comme toutes ces vieilles bâtisses, ça résonne et craque de partout 😄 Personnel extrêmement sympathique et au petit soin, merci à tous de votre gentillesse. Je reviendrai, Biarritz sous un beau ciel bleu c'est le paradis. Pour ma première fois j'ai été gâté.

Le charme de l’hôtel et les salariés ont été très fort agréable. Le petit déjeuné été un délice. Cependant l’espace bien être n’as pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Payant pour les voyageurs de l’hôtel et très petit appartement. Nous gardons un super souvenir de ce séjour dans l’établissement.
