“Great little beach gem!”
The "welcome" drink and lei made of shells was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. It was hot on the island, but our A/C worked great. The reserved beach area in front of the hotel was guarded by friendly hotel staff. You could leave your belongings in your beach chair while you went out for a swim without a worry. The bar staff makes very refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Only the breakfast buffet left a little to be desired.
“Surprisingly, more than what i expected”
My overall opinion of this hotel is above average. They will go out of their way to please their customers and are very friendly and courteous. However, If you are a light sleeper, i would highly recommend booking a room at their new building at the back of the hotel. The mix of loud music from different bars at night may not be what your doctor ordered...
“Friendly Staff, Great Location!”
My Partner and friends truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We could not say anything bad about this place. The staff were always willing to help and greeted us everytime we walked past them. The location is excellent too with its central location and with the beach right at your door step. Our rooms were clean and nicely positioned next to the hotel swimming pool which we made great use of. Our trip to Boracay was surely made more enjoyable and comfortable by the great service of Le Soleil De Boracay!
“very nice and good value for the money”
looking at past reviews wich indicated a good hotel with bad breakfast facilities,I have to disagree, the hotel was excellent from the very friendly and accomodating staff, to beach front location and their private beach to the GOOD and CLEAN breakfast facilities, I stayed in three different hotels in Boracay and this was by far the best for the money, I would recommend it to everyone in my books it is 10/10
“Le Soleil de Boracay Stands Out”
One of the better beachfront hotels at Boracay's Station 2. They have a cafe downstairs and also serve meals at the 2nd floor terrace, which provides a fantastic view at anytime of the day. Buffet dinner is served at the lighted beachfront. The staff is friendly and courteous and always seem to be there when you need them, even when you're at the beach. They have a nice pool inside the hotel compound and a small gym as well. The compound although narrow by big hotel standards, is nicely landscaped with flowering tropical plants rarely seen in Manila. It is also loacted between the Talipapa market and the 'DMall, making it very convenient to do your shopping and dining. Although called "Le Soleil", there is no French influence at all, even in the food. But of course, the sunny disposition of the staff makes up for all of that. This hotel is highly recommended.
“I LOVE THIS HOTEL~!!~!~ NICEST STAFF EVER!”
Oh this is a FABULOUS hotel~!~! We got a delicious blended drink at check-in that was sooo refreshing and sweet. The staff ( I LOVED Elaine and Sam) were so good to me. And the guys at the beach chairs are AWESOME! This hotel is right one the beach (you can see the beach from the hotel's restaurant and upstairs bar) and in a primo location so close to D'Mall--which was so convenient as my travel bud and I didn't want to go too far to eat most nights. And the hotel's restaurant and complimentary breakfast are super. Western and Asian breakfast every morning with coffee/juice. The service is STELLAR. I have been recommending this place to everyone I know. ;) Will Most Definitely Stay Again!!~ *The only small beef I had was that I requested 2 twin beds for our room but we got a queen with a role-away twin bed (not comfy)...which kind of sucked but we took turns sleeping on the nice, queen bed. And I didn't say anything to the staff about it...but it was a surprise.* They probably would have moved us to another room...but it was fine. :D
“Great hotel and friendly staff.”
We spent 4 nights at this hotel in August. This was my second trip to Boracay. Not only were we lucky with the weather but Le Soleil turned out to be an excellent choice. The only slightly negative thing I can think of is the breakfast buffet could be improved with more choices. However overall we really liked this hotel. Very friendly staff, nice rooms and a very good location. We will stay there again on our next visit to Boracay.
“The Perfect Place”
Perfect location Perfect amenities Perfect service Perfect room This place is simply awesome with a very very good price from Expedia,,, this is definitely the perfect place to be :)
“Rockin weekend”
We are from the US and staying in the Philippines. We traveled over for a weekend. Great experience. We booked the trip through Expedia flying from Manila to Kalibo, the hotel set-up the transfer for us. The hotel is clean and located directly on the beach. Great central spot. Anything you want to do is located in just steps. If you do any activities like snorkeling, helmet dive or cave visit you can negotiate a better price, check around. I went directly to the boat guys and got a great deal for a day of fun.
“Didn't Stay Long Enough”
Originally looking to book for 2 nights but took a chance and made it a 3 nighter - should have extended for a week! The hotel was literally steps away from the beach, and the location in the middle of boat station 2 was ideally situated for those wanting to bar hop. Considering the close proximity to the restaurant bar next door, our room was very quiet! But if we had anything to complain about it was the very loud music in the upstairs lounge, where our ears were assaulted when we wanted to watch the people strolling by while we sipped our drinks. The hotel staff were very helpful in attending to our needs, and responded rather quickly if we needed something. Here's a tip that we try and practice wherever we go and it usually works - try to learn the names of the staff and treat them with courtesy and respect and you'll be responded to in kind. Hotel staff are not slaves, no matter who you are or how much you think you've paid for the accommodations... It's not only you get what you pay for, you get back what you dish out too. Singles, couples and family friendly. We would definitely consider choosing this hotel again when we go back to Boracay. Reasonably priced, we got our money's worth!
