This small hotel is all about location... its very basic. If your looking to be on the beach on a budget this is all about location and convenience. The hotel staff is very nice.

Best place for your money

This was our second time to stay at this place and we enjoyed our time extremely. Very friendly and accommodating employees. And very close to the beach.

We were disappointed of the room , they said that we took deluxe room double , but in our reservation was grande chambre, and they give us a room with 3 beds but with a lot of moisture , nasty smell

Excellent location , convenient and economical

the best thing about this hotel is the location which is in station 1 , and is in front of the beach the room was clean but the bead not that comfortable because is made by old wood so it makes weird noises every time you move your body the water pressure is very low so is going to take a long time to take a good shower Also be aware that for the moment there is no swimming pool due to renovation Very friendly and supportive staff , originally our booking said no "hot water" but later we inform the staff and then they "activate" the hot water Another important thing is that they don't provide any toiletries as well no hair dryer

A great budget option for a stay in Boracay

The staff was super friendly and helpful (they can help arrange some tours and activities). I got the Honeymoon Room which seemed smaller than what the pictures online led me to believe. It had all of the promised amenities, but just a bit smaller. Had a very large balcony to ourselves with great view of the beach. The only real negative I would have is the AC was not as strong as I would like. This room was on the third floor and they do not have an elevator, even being a fat American this wasn't really that big of a deal for me but a good FYI for any looking to book the same room. The surrounding area was great with plenty of food and drinking options nearby. Also a convenience store is close by. The area was not very crowded and the beach and the super warm water was amazing.

Place is absolutely garbage, not surprise they reducing their prices in half, the only plus there would be beachfront, water heater and air conditioning are in the room I had but both not working,electric fan old and laud, when booked room have been informed that room is electric fan only , with is fine, but nobody inform me that because I booked non-aircon room I am also not entitled to hot water, baffling me fackt that I had both of them fitted in room, look like owner turn in to maximum profiting, and cut all proper maintenance of these room features, so they simply disconnect them, generally my opinion about this place in negative,its a backpackers spot more than resort and spa,they simply dont understand what is to be Resort and Spa

Nice old style property, needs a major renovation, but overall near the beach and great value for money. Have had a little issue with aircon but was sorted quick. Staff is friendly and accommodating, will certainly stay there, but if you are into modern style and new euro decors, you may want to reconsider and book something nearby.

해변접근성 굿

호텔 위치는 해변가 근처라 너무 좋았고 디몰하고는 걸어서 꽤나 먼거리였어요. 벌레도 없었지만 에어컨 티비 냉장고 더운물이 없는건 꽤나 충격적이였답니다. 날씨가 도와줘서 삼일을 버틸 수 있었던것같아요.

Superb First Day!

This resort is situated in Station 3 but in front of the beach. The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are bigger than we thought. We are in the 3rd floor which needs extra effort in the narrow stairs but overall, it was a superb stay. Not to mention, 7-eleven is just nearby.

DISLIKES: *Guests are not allowed to cook in the hotel. *No rags outside the room which is vital to sweep off sand from slippers, shoes, etc. *No hot shower. *No hot water dispensers; if you want it for a cup of coffee then you are obliged to pay 50 pesos for a medium-sized thermos or flask. *Just one blanket for a two-person stay. *Not allowed to do early check-in's. The earliest is at 2pm. *No free complimentary toiletries. You ought to buy them before checking in. LIKES: *Affordable and clean area. *Quiet place, suitable for rest. *Near the beach and other stores like budget mart and 7/11. *Staff are approachable and polite. *Plates, bowls and other silver wares are available upon request. *Well-functioning ac. *Some rooms have terraces.

There are no baggage help. Aside from that everything was perfect and the price of the accommodation was cheap for its state. Air-conditioning was awesome, hotel was beach front and the room was awesome save for some mosquitoes upon check-in but no big deal.

Бронировала отель на последнюю ночь перед отъездом. Место отличное, на Белом пляже, море здесь ещё не сильно мелкое и народу не так много. Сразу за отелем дорога к рынку Талипапа. Много разнообразных кафе, близко 7/11 и обменники. Сам отель ужасен, остановились в самом дешёвом номере на 1 этаже напротив ресепшн. Запах сырости, затхлости, свет в номер не попадает в принципе. Кондишка дует прямо на голову, матрасы обтянуты дермантином. Для моих целей и за эти деньги устроил, но для отдыха обходите его стороной.

Der Service war super, das Zimmer hatte AC und Ventilator. Das einzig negative war fehlendes WLAN im Zimmer und ein sehr altes, muffiges Badezimmer. Ansonsten war die Lage perfekt und an der Rezeption kann man Geld gut tauschen.

Nice location, big rooms, quite during night. The only thing that I didn't like was that it's not included a soap in your bathroom so you need to buy one on your own..and the wifi Disney work at all, only at the reception.

The hotel seems a little neglected but if you like a budget inn/hotel, La Isla Bonita is the place to go. The hotel's location is the perfect spot of you like peace and quiet, and if you want to be VERY near the beach.
