"Excellent stay overall. The staff were outstanding and consistently provided warm, attentive service throughout my visit. The facilities were well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is also very convenient-close to Festive Walk, making it easy to access dining and shopping options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Everything was very good, excellent service from the staff, everybody was very kind, accomodating & respectful, all hallways, rooms, restaurants were very neat & clean, we see staff cleaning every morning & during the day. The food is excellent from buffet to ala carte ordering/menu, drinks are all very good. Rooms are clean & we always see staff clean the pool & sweep the floor specially the hallways from the beach entrance. Overall Hennan Crystal Sands is excellent to stay in"
