“Night in Southie”
Staff was great, location as great. The hotel is topclass in appearance, the room, although not spacious, was clean and set up well. I would highly recommend for those going to events at the convention center!
“great weekend getaway”
everything was wonderful...the staff were the best...everyone was so pleasant, courteous, and very helpful...they were all very nice but did not sound scripted....thanks so much can't wait to visit this awesome hotel again!
“Seaport Hotel”
Staff was very courteous and friendly. The in-service accomodations was great. The food ( I am vegan) was delicious and they also accomodated my vegan diet. I am definately staying at this hotel when I go to Boston again.
“Great stay for my family!”
I was traveling with my husband and five year old son, so I was looking for something family friendly enough, but up to my high expectations for quality in a hotel....this one met ALL my expectations! The property is clean and bright, with nice finishes. The restaurants are great. I would highly recommend Aura restaurant's breakfast buffet...it was free for our little guy and had everything you would expect plus many more high-end dishes (quiche, frittatas, yogurt parfaits, etc.) The staff here was also very good....very friendly to our son, and they do not accept tips (but they do include an automatic 18% gratuity on any meals eaten in the hotel) The fitness club/spa is very large, and the pool was quite big...it was empty when we visited in the middle of the day, and full of families with kids at the end of the night. Other nice little touches included the pillow menu, two complimentary newspapers each morning (wall street journal and USA today), excellent in-room dining and drink selection, door bell and buttons that light up a sensor when you would like your room turned-over or not disturbed. About 1/2 mile to the Children's museum and a mile to the Aquarium...we walked everywhere with no trouble. Everything about our experience at the Seaport was great!
“Life of luxury”
Luxury hotel and rooms had everything you could want. Shuttle bus(free) was needed as a little out of town but that went from across the street every 15 minutes until 10pm so very good service. Pool a little disappointing for the size of the hotel- overcrowded sometimes.
“Great location.”
Close to the convention center, restaurants and the T.
“Boston @ The Harbor”
Great service by everyone at the hotel. All amenities. Spacious rooms. Some of the local attractions at walking distance. Short ride ($12) to the airport. Based on service alone, this hotel is a great value for any business or personal traveler.
“Great place”
Stayed here over the weekend and loved it. Went to see the Knicks and Celtics play on Friday. Actually walked back from the Garden to the Seaport and it was an awesome walk with the wife. Would do it again in a minute.
“The Right Fit”
There was a miscommunication about my room requirement since I was traveling with three grandchildren in their early teens. I needed a room with enough space to accommodate everyone. When the staff realized we had a problem, they quickly rectified it. We were moved to a larger room with the right amount of beds and space. We were all comfortable. All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
“Seaport's Best Hotel!”
The best place to stay at Seaport. Attend convention at World Trade Center every year and stay there. Breakfast buffet is to die for. Gratuities are included, kinda odd. Hugh parking garage beneath. Morton’s Steak House, Legal Seafood, Dunkin Donuts, etc all walking distance. It’s the place to stay!
