This place is AMAZING! This is my first time in Boston and when I just casually mentioned that when I was checking in, the front desk host upgraded me to a water view room! Every single interaction from the minute I walked in the front doors has been so friendly and so kind. I live in NYC and sometimes you just don't get this kind of kindness there. I love this town, and this hotel was just wonderful! I'll be back!
