"Never stay at this hotel, bed was broken, air conditioning broken, didn’t stay in the upgraded room we paid for. No tea or coffe facilities in the room, only one lift work, wasn’t offered anything help discount nothing at all. No cups in your room no kettle nothing. Paid for queen room , had a view of car park. Was a birthday night away. Stayed in room 309. Never ever again. "

"We had a nice 2 night stay here. Helpful and friendly check-in with instructions as to where to park our car.... it was very safe in underground garage. Unfortunately the lift in the hotel wasn't working and although we are in no way incapacitated, it was a bit of a trudge to the 2nd floor and down a long corridor with heavy cases. the receptionist DID offer to help though. "What a place! Absolutely worthy of the rating and stars you have! Everything from the moment of walking in to leaving the service was sublime! The room (302 for me) was clean, spacious. Comfortable and the facilities, in particular the coffee, were tremendous! Typically i wouldn’t eat at the hotel as I’m usually too tired but on this occasion I arrived earlier than expected and due to this got to use all the gym facilities, pool, sauna and steam room! But the restaurant and service are in another class….. the food, service and variety, including wines etc were commensurate of all the other facilities! Big shout out to Connor who looked after me during my dining experience……a true credit to Aztec 💯"
