They had air conditioning but they don’t allow it to be used until June. The apartment was rather hot but they had unusual weather for April so usually this probably isn’t an issue. "

"Their response time is excellent! Had an issue with the stovetop so I emailed them to see if someone could come and fix it. Within 10 minutes of sending the email they were knocking on the door and fixed the issue promptly. I will definitely stay here again. "Management was friendly and helpful. It is difficult to drive to the hotel due to narrow one-way streets. Parking works very well in underground parking. The apartment was great, no complaints. Hallways in the hotel building need repainting because they are dirty. There are many restaurants in the area, also a great local food court. We were generally quite happy with our 3 nights stay in this central location of Budapest."
