"When we checked in we weren’t told that the rooms we were given had accessible bathrooms which is not what we booked. So we had to go back to receptions and get allocated a new room. I was grateful to get one room upgraded but it would have been better if staff shared what they were allocating upfront. Changing rooms wasn’t convenient.
