“Would stay here again”
Good location, clean rooms & good service.
“Very Impressed”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Red Roof Inn. Snce this was my first true vacation I was a little nervous. My room was cleaned everyday and I was very happy with the staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone else visiting Charlotte.
“Very pleased!”
Staff was outstanding! They were the friendliest and most helpful of ANY place that I've stayed. Bed was very comfortable and clean. The only problem was that there were only 2 towels in a room reserved for 4 people, but when we asked for more we were given warm towels fresh from the dryer (with a smile). Delicious waffles for breakfast. Also available was a nice selection of muffins, bagels,cereal and fruit. Several different flavors of coffee too. Wish we could've stayed longer! Thank you so much!
“Oh yeah!”
I really enjoyed staying at this red roof. Not anything extravagant but nice people, clean rooms, 10 mins from concord mall and downtown. Super great!

“cheap, and comfy!!”
staff was nice and helpful. hotel is reasonable priced, close to downtown venues. it is nice, clean and safe and secure. breakfast was awesome and included. newly remodeled room, we were comfortable!! had microwave and fridge, coffee maker. nice bed and linens. will definitely go back when we go to charlotte. thought it would be noisy do to highway, but it wasn't. pool was nice too.

The service was wonderful as were the employees. Very personable and good communication. Building is a little older and in need of some repairs but I would definitely go back.
“UNCC visit”
The hotel is in a goo spot and it is within 15 mins of UNCC. Only thing i didn't like was how some of the doors wouldn't open on first try.
“Good folks at this hotel”
This was my second stay at this hotel. It is very convenient to visit my son at UNC-Charlotte. It is a very clean, basic place to spend the night. The staff was very helpful, as I had car trouble on my last trip. They took me to a nearby repair shop, where my car was repaired without getting ripped off, as often happens to out-of-towners. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay without breaking the bank. Nice folks!
“Great Stay”
Hotel was pretty good for the price we paid. Staff was courteous. The rooms were very clean and everything worked in the room. Chose it because it had a fitness center but none of the stuff in the fitness center was safe to use. Pool was nice but the hand rail for getting out the pool needs to be fixed. Breakfast was ok the waffles were good. Disappointed becase they did not have a juice machine , tea nor hot chocolate. Not everyone drinks coffee. I will stay there again when I come back to charlotte.
