We didn’t realize breakfast was included, but we enjoyed breakfast downstairs this morning and also visited two breakfast spots on Friday and Saturday. The room was very clean, and the body wash and lotion were so nice that I even looked them up to buy them. The staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations.

Very nice hotel with a great restaurant and rooftop bar. I would stay again, I believe when I booked the hotel one of their selling points were nice sheets. Whatever reason I was excited to try them, I think I've had better sheets in less as nice hotels. Still a 5 star stay for me because overall it was fantastic I just thought that was an odd selling point to be underwhelmed by.all the staff was very accommodating and nice to deal with as well.

The entire place was very clean, and well kept. The team that works there was very nice, and helpful. We will be back!

Great hotel, great location. Plenty of dining, and entertainment options nearby. Nice sports bar (Ink and Ivy) right s across the street. A ten minute walk to Bank of America Stadium. Great downtown area and everything is walkable. Safe, clean and vibrant. The hotel staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Very nice restaurant downstairs in the hotel and a great rooftop bar area upstairs. Thoroughly enjoy my stay there. Will definitely stay there again if in Charlotte.

Even though we arrived at the height of Panthers gameday traffic, we were greeted promptly and our car was immediately taken care of. We were allowed to go ahead and chek in to our room even though we did not request an early check in. Staff was very friendly and accomoadating.
