This is a really beautiful property with a rich history in Charlotte. Our room was comfortable, quiet with a view of the gardens. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was excited to have breakfast in bed, which they told me over the phone the day prior of my arrival check-in date that they provide that services( March 2024). Once I get there they told me that they don’t due to Covid. Then they bought breakfast in bed on my last day. I honestly felt that it was a discrimination because we are a young and a minority couple.
