"Best place i stayed in India. Staff were excellent, professional but not over attentive, nothing was too much trouble but they didn't keep interrupting and asking if all was ok every 2 minutes. It was personal service, they didn't keep sending messages to ask for reviews every two minutes, the room had actual light switches instead of having to control all through a tablet. I am definitely going back next trip. Loved it!"

"Location good. In Connaught Place close to metro station. (Exit metro at gate 3.) That is the reason to stay here. There is no lift and rooms can be up several flights. It is dusty and can use some paint. But this is India so we have to evaluate in context. Did have hot water. Connaught Place itself is long ago getting long in the tooth, but you should stay near a metro, CP is central, it has some services (subject to annoying touts) and CP is one of the places you will have to visit as a...

"I mainly enjoyed my stay here. In fact I stayed here 12 years ago. The main issues I had were: I wasn't asked for pre auth on checking in. And had to pay for our late night drinks on arrival. I went back to reception and was able to pre auth for a specified amount. We checked out snd i paid for both rooms in cash/card as we were leaving India I wanted to use up our excess money. Thus was fine and we cleared our account the night before leaving. On handing in our cards at 6.00 a.m next day....

"Located very close to the shopping district of Connaught Place. Right in the thriving area and still tucked away in a very quite place!!! The hotel is a little difficult to locate as it is tucked away in a narrow lane. But the advantage is that it is away from all the noise and crowd. Rooms are clean and large, although the bath area is very congested. Very close to the important Metro station of Rajiv Chowk."

"Outer circle of Connaught place and close to Janpath this budget hotel is great for getting around Delhi. Close to Rajiv Chowk the metro is at your fingertips as are autorickshaws and taxis. Rooms are clean, very 1970s decor but comfortable. Breakfast was OK, totally adequate for the price we paid to stay there. Totally cool place for people who want clean, comfortable, cheap. The lovely young man on reception was very helpful. Location is king here, coupled with convenience. Perfect if coming...
