We had a great stay at the Hotel Royal Plaza. The location is hard to beat, and the breakfast was amazing. The property is little dated and the rooms were on the smaller side. Overall a great hotel.

The room was average, the bedsheets were not clean, they had stains on it seems to used earlier. There was no iron in the the staff took more 35 mins bring the same and by that i was ready to leave wearing wrinkled Shirt and trousers. I don't think i would ever book a room there again. Room service was also very slow. There seems to be lack of coordination between the staff.

It was value for money. Bit dated and the inside feels old but the staff were very helpful. If i go back to this hotel it will be for the service.

The check in process was below average, one guy in the front was running like a headless chicken. The check out was the longest in my lifetime. It looked like they booked through Expedia for the very first time. The cleaning and restaurant staff were super polite.

Good location. Property was old-style Las Vegas casino decor. Needs update. Cleaning staff and bell boys were great. Desk ( Travel, Registration, etc.) were just OK.

Loved the ambience of slightly faded elegance and charm at this hotel. Not the cheapest option, but very clean, safe and convenient. With the exception of one grumpy person who must have gotten out of bed the wrong way, staff were lovely and very helpful. Much better option that staying at one of the big American chains. Definitely recommend.

Most importantly, the place was clean. Service was good and breakfast was tasty. The rooms could use updating -- theyre clean, just a bit worn from age. The breakfast area could use expanding. Expect it to be super busy. Overall, I'd stay here again.

This may have been a 4-star property when it was built; however, it hasn't been maintained in decades. Furniture was falling apart, the bathroom was disgusting, toiled were stained / soiled, and complimentary breakfast was pretty bad. Pay a little extra and stay at a true 4-star property.

Comfortable stay , few inconveniences

The room was good , overall but adjacent room was too close for my comfort, whole night I would hear noises, clicking of door knobs, room lock etc. Also the intercom is never answered by room services.

If you want access to all of Delhi’s key landmarks and don’t want to pay over the top - this is a good hotel. Sadly this is where I run out of nice things to say. The rooms are dated and dirty (there was mold in the Junior Suite that we had booked), breakfast is okay but seating is terrible and if you are in a large group I’d recommend going down early. The food for room service is overpriced and not enough value for money. I’d give this a miss.
