When I entered the hotel, I loved the big lobby! It immediately relaxed me. It has comfortable sofas and a coffee cafe facing the swimming pool. The staff was curteous and helpful. In our room I wasnt happy with the iron framed third bed which they changed for a comfortable one I had desired. Its a good hotel very central to some of the main attractions of Delhi. Only thing I didnt like was the security check everytime I returned in the evening. Inspite of this , I would certainly stay here again.

What a beautiful hotel! The staff are some of the best we have ever interacted with in any hotel in the world. This is a beautiful and charming property filled with history, offering superb service and excellent food.I think the ultimate highlight is the staff, who are genuinely willing to help in any way possible. The kitchen staff, including the chefs and waitstaff, went completely above and beyond to make our dining experiences unforgettable.The breakfast chef, Paris, was incredibly accommodating, extremely professional, and introduced us to some dishes so tasty and wonderful we did not know about them!.

The staff of this hotel is amazing. A special thanks to Diksha and Nikhil who were the duty managers. They were so helpful who went above and beyond and made my stay so comfortable.! The hospitality of this hotel is class apart and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a stay where service is so personal.

Nice clean hotel with excellent buffet with tasty variety of dishes. Pool and gym are well maintened. However this is NOT a long term stay hotel on a solo business trip. The room assigned was directly below a construction room so it was hard to take an afternoon rest after a night of overseas meetings. Staff starts rudely asking on what the purpose of the trip is and ignoring you on dining occasions. Some even whispered vulgar epithets not knowing I now hindi very well. Thanks was a horrible part of a 5-start hotel. Also, the AC gets turned off occassionally and our room smelt mouldy as well moist.

Apart from great amenities, cleanliness, great breakfast spread what I love most about this place is people - the staff - their hospitality- the warmth that they bring into everything. You get a feeling that they are not just doing a job but they are emotionally invested into what they are doing . Human touch - their personal touch in everything . Right from the person who opens the door of your car - hotel entry point, front office reception, restaurant service , housekeeping and all those are invisible to guests but their work is totally visible . It’s a pleasure to be touched with such joy and love at every point . That is why I love staying in Eros every time I am in Delhi .

The property is well located and connected to South Delhi offices and markets. However property needs investment in upgrade as is now a decaying infrastructure and does not look that welcoming as it used to be. The staff however is still friendly and helpful to the extent possible

Hôtel vieillissant. Boiseries et un certain luxe, mais qui date. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, mais idem, tout est vieillissant. Pas de pression pour la douche, wc d’un autre temps, ameublement abîmé. La literie est par contre confortable. Pdj ok, rien de fantastique mais un choix qui permet d’apprécier le moment. Terrasse agréable. Grande piscine mais sans fioritures.

I stayed a few times at Eros during my recent India trip. We had a couple of rooms the first time around for a night and then 1 room for a couple of nights. The first time we didn't have issues. All went well. Second time around, the room we got I to had issues with the shower where the shower temp kept swinging from hot to cold and vice versa and the issues with the inroom telephone. The AC also wasn't working properly. The staff promptly got us moved to a new room. The second room had issues with drainage. Had to get the washroom sink unclothed first and then the bathtub drain. Whatever seeped out from the clogged drain was disgusting and the smell was just terrible. They offered to move us again but we didn't. They cleaned the place and sprayed air freshner to counter the smell. This is not something you expect from a 5 star property that comes at a premium price tag. There wasn't even any regret on the part of management for such a shoddy experience. I came back to Eros because I had stayed at the property a few years back with my family on my last India trip and the experience had stayed with me. I was quiet disappointed the second time arnd.

I recently stayed at Eros Hotel New Delhi Nehru Place for three nights and four days, and once again, it was a really great experience. This was actually my second stay here, and it has pretty much become my go-to place whenever I’m in Delhi. What really stands out is the staff — right from the concierge to the reception and housekeeping, everyone is genuinely warm, helpful, and always ready to assist. It makes a big difference when you feel welcomed throughout your stay. The ambience is pleasant and comfortable, and the amenities are quite good for the price point. Everything feels well-maintained and taken care of. Overall, I’ve had consistently good experiences here, which is why I keep coming back. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi.
