We stayed in the family room, the staff were so accommodating- really appreciated their help through the requests we had. Ground floor staff always greeted us with smiles and so much kindness. Room service was top notch, same with house keeping. Beds are comfortable and nice to sleep in.

Poor service Was surprised at the service quality.Unexpected from ITC brand. Takes too long for check-in/check-out (upwards of 20 mins). No queue management , people jump queue and get served. Ask for help and wait 30 mins . Happened once with me and next day with another guest. No rationale on pricing. A cup of tea (in-room) costs nearly the same as breakfast (dine-in). Broken/old furniture. Not that they are understaffed, just that they have poorly trained staff. Waste of your hard earned money.

Seepage on the walls, stagnant water in the bathroom. Fungus smell in the room. Renovation all around the hotel. Felt like the hotel across Delhi railway station. Staff were very good. Amazing breakfast options.
