Staying at this property was the worst experience. The rooms were so outdated and poorly cleaned. We changed 4 room and decided to settle as we were tired from the journey. The front desk was rude and under trained. Finally one manager Ishu came to us and upgraded to business class which to our surprise was equally bad. The bathroom was very dirty. Basin was not cleaned, there were flies in the room and in the shower so as soon as you turn on hot water the flies will hover over your face. Grossed out experience. The door connecting bathroom and room has spit marks, previous guests probably spit while sleeping and they never cleaned it. The modem in room didn’t work so called IT guy couple of times which they couldn’t fix. They offer to change to another room 5th time but my wife and I lost hope from this hotel and decided to just spend night somehow. Later the IT guy came and worked for 30min to change the connector to make up-to all the bad experiences
