"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"Just a great place to stay. They even have a great restaurant in the hotel that prepares really good food. They breakfast buffet is good and you can order an omelet if you like. "

"Great staff and beautiful facility with hummingbirds and smart TV/waterfall showerheads. The most spacious bedroom we had in Cusco and they even provided boxed breakfast for early hikes/excursion and held our luggage after we checked out. Would book again in a heartbeat."

"The Kukuli is super welcoming and feels really homie. It is not located on the turist area but it is a short 30 min walk to it. You can experience the real Peruvian culture with local sandwich shops and bakeries. You do not have to deal with street vendors everytime you step out"

"I booked it. Took a cab from airport. Then in the rain realized it was closed. Found a hotel near by. I don’t know what to think. Maybe it’s COVID. But it worked out with another hotel. It’s full of hotels. And it’s a great place to stay (Cusco). Enjoy"

"Location is great, walkable to historic center, shopping and great restaurants. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was basic but filling. However, the showers were cold 3 of 5 total nights we were there, frequently we had no bath towels, sometimes no soap or shampoo and once they took the roll of toilet paper out of the bathroom after cleaning. Fortunately my husband found the supply closet so we could restock."
