"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"There was never any hot water, there was a large dog nearby; probably in the complex that never stopped barking. The place was pretty run down. Staff were polite and accomodating though."

"There was no hot water, so we shivered each time we showered. They charge a half days rate extra for heat. Toilet leaked and seat was broken. Would not recommend "
