Palacio Nazarenas, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco
5.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 73 reviews
"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"I can’t say enough about how great of an experience it was to stay at Antigua. The staff felt like a family and everyone was extremely nice and polite. The common areas were well maintained and the garden view was excellent ( we were on the 2nd floor). We were in Cusco for the week of Corpus Criste and heard only a slight bit of the fireworks and celebrations. Staying at Antigua was a great experience that offered the perfect location to walk all around the San Blas area ( we even hiked to...

"World class hotel with world class staff. Everyone was highly professional and extremely friendly. Upon our arrival in high altitude Edson ensured our wellbeing and discreetly made sure that our entire stay was just wonderful. The 2 restaurants (one of them with live opera!) are great, the breakfast was amazing and we bonded with Sr. Sanquito. He started us on the right foot everyday. We learned a great deal about Pisco from Fernando at the bar; you need to meet him. We stayed for a week in May...

"The bed was very comfortable and an extra large king size. The room was comfortable and we had enough space for our things. The staff were helpful anytime we asked for anything. The location was nice - away from the busier parts of the city, but still quite close to easily walk to them. We used the laundry service and found it very convenient and fast."

"Absolutely the worst hotel in all of Cusco. Do NOT book here under any circumstances. If you don't get mugged in the dark and dirty streets outside the hotel, the staff will make sure they take every opportunity to stiff you on your bill. Run, don't walk away from booking at this seedy, trashy hotel!"
