Large comfortable room, wonderful staff. Beautiful Cusco architecture, quiet and relaxing. Peaceful gardened courtyards were you feel you are alone despite fully capacity. 14 min walk to historic region and 6 min to the city Market. We are recommending this to our friends and family.

This was a great hotel me and my family were able to enjoy our stay, they also provide oxygen masks for anyone who needs it, and the service is amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly. Highly recommend this place it was very adorable and comforting.

I stayed here for three nights with my boyfriend while visiting from the U.S. The room was very spacious with a king sized bed and a beautiful bathroom. Everything was very clean and they provided soaps, lotions, and hair shampoo. Downstairs by the entrance the staff has hot water and different types of teas available at all hours, which is so nice to come home to after a long day! The complementary breakfast was delicious and they made our eggs and coffee however we liked. We left for a few days to do the Inca Trail and the hotel staff held our luggage for us until we got back. An all around amazing experience here!

The property had a nice courtyard where you can have complementary tea and coffee. It’s located in a single lane street so drop offs and pickups have to be quick. It’s a 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Breakfast has hot and cold options, they cook the eggs and make your coffee to your liking. The bed was comfortable. The staff were nice and they kept our bags while we go overnight to Machu Picchu.

Great Cusco Stay

This hotel was great. The beds are firm. The shower had great pressure. The spa tub was nice at the end of a long day. The service was the absolute best!

Ok for a night.

We arrived early and the staff was very helpful and friendly and let us check in early. The rooms are very old and outdated. They were dark and with ants on the bathroom. And no ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also ok.

It was very quaint and had a lovely ambiance, with the old character, but with modern conveniences. Bed was very comfortable, bath robes were a nice touch, great shower, towel warmer in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Staff was very helpful and several spoke English very well.

The hotel is fantastic. It is on a quiet, safe street about a 10 minute walk from the plaza. The staff speaks English and was always available to help with anything we needed. The hotel atmosphere is wonderful and buffet breakfast features omelettes to order and barista coffee. We got a room with a sitting room and bathroom on the first floor and a sleeping loft on the second. My only complaint is that wifi would not work in our room. Overall I highly recommend the hotel and would certainly stay there again.
