Below average hotel

The hotel was in general good. The service was on the other hand terrible. They could not find our reservation when we arrived, so we had to call hotels.com our self to get the reservation. When they found the reservation only single beds was availeble and we had to change rooms everyday due to a reason I never understood. Their english was bad so we had to use google translate. The rooms had no windows to open or air conditioning, so the air went bad during the night.

Location is great, walkable to historic center, shopping and great restaurants. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was basic but filling. However, the showers were cold 3 of 5 total nights we were there, frequently we had no bath towels, sometimes no soap or shampoo and once they took the roll of toilet paper out of the bathroom after cleaning. Fortunately my husband found the supply closet so we could restock.

Great hotel, would recommend

Loved this hotel, it was cheap but only in price. The hotel itself was clean and safe and the staff was helpful. The location is also wonderful, I was able to walk to many point of interest with no problem. It was always right next to the San Pedro Market. My only "problem" was that the included breakfast was very sparse, but given how close the market was it wasn't much of a problem anyway.

Nunca fiquei num hotel tão ruim

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, mas isso é a única qualidade, pois eu nunca fiquei num hotel tão ruim. O café da manhã era péssimo, não tinha quase nada e com um aspecto ruim, além de sempre a mesma coisa. Os corredores e o próprio quarto tinham um odor forte muito desagradável, além de passar mal por causa da altitude de Cusco, ainda tive que suportar aquele cheiro horrível. O quarto e o banheiro não tinham iluminação e nem ventilação natural, pois as janelas ficavam para a área interna do hotel. Uma noite eu não consegui dormir com um barulho de manutenção em alguma das dependências do hotel. Não volto e nem indico para ninguém. Pelo menos as funcionárias eram simpáticas e o WIFI funcionou.

Great staff

Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Staff helped me to send laundry to wash and lick up as I don't speak Spanish. Good selection of breakfast. Excellent location in the middle of downtown. Room can be brighter with heating system. Showers are alright.

Camas barulhentas. Cobertores desconfortáveis. Não pega Wi Fi nos quartos.(apenas na recepção) Queriam cobrar 15 dolares a estadia do carro na garagem do hotel, mas reclamamos pois havia inforado o site que era estacionamento gratis e acabou que não cobraram. Antendentes muito educadas Café da manhã bom.

At the time that I arrive up and showed my reservation Jeny ( Receptionist ) said They Do Not Honor your Reservations. She said they had been too many trouble with your company. After I deal with her, finally she agree to provide us a lodge, but so different that I was originally booked. The next morning at the time to pay for my stayed, another receptionist could not process my payment with my credit card Next time I will try a different hotel

good for average price hotel

the hotel is right next to the main market of cusco which is excellent for positioning. it costs just five soles for a taxi from bus depot and there is a large supermarket within a minute walk. the hotel itself is on a very quiet road so no surrounding noise. however the reception seem to have no record of any online bookings or payments which made checking in and out very difficult. the room we first had, room 104, was terrible. it has a glass divider between the room and another room so when they turned on their light, the whole room lit up as if we had ours on. not good when going to the rainbow mountain the next day at three am when they didn't go to bed till 1am. there is also a glass panel above the bedroom door which let in the light from the permanently on hallway. the second room we had was much better, although a four bed option after I complained about the first one. the room itself was a good size and the beds good, breakfast provided, albeit basic. its good for a budget hotel but if you struggle with light then I'd look elsewhere

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und doch nicht so nah am Plaza de Armas, wo es vor Touristen nur so wimmelt. Es ist eine angenehme saubere Absteige mit freundlichem Personal.

Precio calidad

Estuvimos 4 noches y el primer día tuvimos que pedir nos limpien la habitación, luego la hicieron sin pedir. No te dan elementos de higiene como dice solo jabón y un toallon sin toalla chica. Desayuno muy pobre. Lo mejor es el servicio de la agencia.

Simples, limpo e amigável

Pessoal muito solícito, café da manhã simples e saboroso. Descendo a rua, já avistamos o Mercado de San Pedro. Só não me agradou o fato de não ter elevador (todos os hotéis onde me hospedei não tinham) e ter que subir escadas a mais de três mil metros do nível do mar, requer "um pouco mais" dos seus pulmões.
