Staff was very kindly. Free taxi service was helpful, room and linen was very clean and comfortable.
“Unbeatable service”
The staff at Torre Dorada were always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is not located in the main area of town but the free and anytime shuttle service made up for that. This place is worth staying at because of it's cleanliness and unbeatable service.
“Great hotel and excellent services”
Excellent services from the hotel. The hotel is not centrally located but it provides free pick free pick up and drop services. Hotel staff are very helpful. We had a very good stay.
“Wonderful staff, great service!”
We only stayed for one night but were very impressed with the service provided by all of the staff at Torre Dorada. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and spoke English very well. The drivers and kitchen staff were very efficient and courteous. It was a huge bonus to have transportation to and from the airport and around the town of Cusco provided for free. Our room and bathroom were a bit cramped but the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.
“Best Accomodations & Service in Peru”
Far and away, this boutique hotel provided the best quality of room, breakfast and service available in Cusco. The Front Desk and Management team are very accommodating, willing to help with any sort of service or special request that you have. The only minor downside is their somewhat isolated location - which they make up for by providing free drop off and pick-up service from anywhere in the nearby Cusco area. Loved staying there.

“best service ever received at a hotel!”
The service at this hotel was second to none. We wanted to do the Via Ferrata in the Sacred Valley. We asked them about it at 8:00 PM the night before we wanted to do it. They researched it for us and set it up for 8:00 AM the next morning! They also arranged drivers and guides for us to view the various ruins in the Cusco and Sacred Valley. Everything they arranged went perfectly. This staff at this place is nothing short of amazing!

“Wonderful place to stay in Cusco”
We were overwhelmed by the level of service at this hotel. It was amazing. First of all this hotel is located in a quite district a 5 to 10 minute drive from the main plaza, which could be a problem but they have solved this issue with free drop offs and pickups whenever you want. So you end up having the best of both worlds... a hotel that is situated in a quiet neighbourhood away from the noise of the city centre, But getting taxi's is not a problem as free transportation is available to you all the time. We never had to wait more than about 7 to 10 minutes for our pick up.... as soon as you called the driver would be on his way. We felt in great hands while staying at this hotel. They gave great recommendations on restaurants, things to see and do in Cusco as well as arranging tours of the Sacred Valley .... In addition to the high level of service... our room was great... it was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts that are included were wonderful. If we were to go back again.... this is where we would stay!
“Off the beaten path...and worth it!”
The walls are thin, but the service makes up for everything. If I could give 10 stars for the attentiveness, helpfulness, and politeness of the staff I would! The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it is quieter, and the hotel has drivers take and pick you up most anywhere and most all hours.
