So, I booked via Expedia and was not notified when the hotel went out of business. Had to knock on the door to be told they had closed forever and had to wander into finding another hotel... Bummer

This hotel cancelled my reservation at last minute. Never reaponded to my emails or picked up call becuase phone number listed did not work. I had to end up booking another hotel paying lot more. I will advice any and everyone to stay away from this place. Terrible experience and additional cost that i will not recoup

My stay in sticky budget

At the beginning wasn’t that happy I have to upgrade but is a nice location. Super clean staff is okay.

The hotel was clean and the area close to restaurants and plazas. We stayed there 3 nights and the first one we were given a room with tv. The remaining nights we were given a room with no tv. The person in charge said that was their “theme” no tv in most rooms. If I would of know this I would of stayed in a different place. The room was definitely overpriced for a place like this.

The hostel is incredibly loud by far the loudest I have experienced in all my travels. So if your planning to go to Machu Picchu or have any early morning excursions I highly recommend to book elsewhere because you will not be able to sleep! This hostel is incredibly loud until all hours of the night. From door slamming to people dragging their luggage up and down the tile stairs to music playing late nights. It’s really a place for hipsters who are more looking to socialize and meet new people. So if that’s your vibe go for it. But I was there for the excursions for Machu Picchu and a lot of tours require us to wake up early so please consider. Also they don’t offer any healthy gluten free options. There included breakfast only includes 4 meal selections. It’s not like a breakfast buffet. It’s pancakes or fruit and granola or eggs and bread or an avocado toast. Just a heads up these were things I wish I knew before booking.

The rooms and the whole hotel were extremely clean. The staff were very professional and all were most polite and jelpful. Nalli Alexander, Frank, and Michael were all exemplary check-in/front-desk staff. They were so helpful and kind and extremely respectful.Always happy to answer wuestions and look up information. The character of the hotel is very charming. Wuiet as well. Of special note were the showers. I have never had such a wonderful shower. Great water pressure and loads of hot water. The location is great. Close to the city centre and all sorts of activities ... all within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Excelente atención de parte de todo el personal, tiene todo lo necesario para adaptarte a la experiencia de Cusco, habitación cómoda, limpia, acceso a internet y servicio de streaming, te brindan té de coca para el mal de altura, el desayuno es muy bueno. This place was great. I wasn't sure because the pictures weren't overly selling the property. Most importantly it was quiet at night, nice shower with really hot water and the people working there are really great. They even went out of their way to help me a few times. The only downfall was the bed was really hard and I woke up sore every morning.

Do NOT book here – total scam! We arrived late in the evening after a flight from Lima, only to be told the hotel had gone bankrupt and was under “new management” – but they didn’t honor our reservation and didn’t even have a new hotel name. We were left stranded and had to pay cash just to have somewhere to sleep. It was incredibly stressful and completely unprofessional. This place should not be listed on Expedia – they are scamming travelers and taking money for bookings they don’t honor. Avoid at all costs!

Clean, excellent location, good pricing. But zero sound isolation. Can hear everything in rooms next door and lobby, including people talking and using the washroom. Lobby also blasts music in early morning and evening.
