"The hotel was in a great area, right next to a shopping mall filled with amazing restaurants and on the other side of the mall is wangfujing street. It's also a 20 minute walk to the palace museum, tianamen square, and qianmen street so probably an unbeatable location for the price range. The condition of the hotel was good. The rooms were large and comfortable, the water pressure was good, good views. My experience with the staff was fantastic. They were all very welcoming and helpful. I do want to call out Nora Liu in particular because after I found out that the great wall was sold out, she provided other fantastic options and helped me book them. She also helped me plan a great wall trip and was just overall very warm and inviting every time I saw her. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Beijing"

"Love the location of this hotel! It’s a short 3mins walk to Nanjing Road and the Metro Station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My family and I have nothing but praises for this hotel! Kudos to the staff who have rendered excellent customer service and full of initiative! Will definitely return when I go to Shanghai."

"The subway station is 10-15mins to walk, but taxis are readily available for convenience. The room size suits our needs well. The staff, particularly Mr. 牛 & Mr. 王, are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Mr. 牛, being a local, offers valuable recommendations for dining and shopping spots."

"Excellent hotel. Extremely clean and tastefully designed. Breakfast buffet was filled with options and so vast. Try Jade on 36 bar for a good view and nice cocktails."
