This was one of the best stays I had whilst travelling China. The staff were very accommodating, they provided a cake for my dads birthday, gave us an upgrade on our room, was quick to resolve any issues ie the refrigerator was not working in our room and within 5 minutes it was replaced. Perfect location within 10 mins from the forbidden city, many food options nearby and would stay here again!

Excellent location along Wafujing right on the pedestrian precinct. About a 10 min walk to the closest metro station but we used Didi for most of our excursions. Room was spacious and clean and the buffet breakfast was great. Always restocked with lots of options both western and local cuisine. Staff were helpful too if you needed any assistance. Would definitely recommend

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is just outside Wang Fujing street. There are 3 metro station within walking distance of the hotel. Th cleanliness is very good and room is big. The best part of my 6 day 5 night stay at the hotel is the front desk staff. They are super helpful and help me to navigate to all the places of interest. They patiently guided me to take the metro and other places of interest near to the hotel. This is my first visit and all these help are indeed very helpful. Thank you and I will stay in this hotel again for my next visit.

Property close to metro , location was great for One of the main shopping streets in Beijing. Room clean , what I expected , breakfast was ok - hotel like a lot of stuff in China , cater for home market over foreign travellers. Staff good , didn’t have much interaction, got a late check out for half room rate , which was ok as had a very late flight . Overall , position of hotel excellent , for everything as near to Metro , food and shopping options

Carpets in the corridor could use a refresh soon. Rooms were maintained well however we did need a plumber everyday to help with the toilet blockage. They were prompt, like plumber was at the room within 2 mins and problem resolved within 10. Might reconsider when coming to beijing again, unsure if I'd stay again - but its worth the price.

This was a very nice hotel, at a wonderful location. This building was formerly a "Crowne Plaza" property, and has a layout similar to what you will find at most Embassy Suites, with a large interior courtyard, and interior glass elevators. The staff was extremely helpful, throughout my stay, including the gentleman at the front desk to assisted with my setup of my Alipay app. The room was surprisingly large, and everything (except the safe) worked perfectly. The first floor courtyard also contained a small convenience store, as well as a fruit / vegetable store, and a hot-pot restaurant. It is also across the street from the northern end of the Wangfujing Street strolling district, with many malls, stores and restaurants within a few minutes walk. All in all, I would highly recommend.

First of all, the staff were excellent and attentive. The location of the hotel can't be beat for access to tourist attractions. Walking distance to the Palace Museum, the Temple of Heaven, it's right on Wangfujing street! And also close to a lot of the hutongs. The rooms are tired. The hotel needs a renovation our toilet required 3 flushes to take care of business, the plumber chain broke every other use, the door knob to the bathroom fell off as well. Also the ceiling plaster was falling into the bathtub. You wanted to wear your room slippers ( provided). The buffet breakfast at $20 canadian, was great, and there was a great fruit store in the lobby, which helped because most of the food is noodle or rice based. Date of travel: August 2026.
