Good place to try if you want to have a taste of old Beijing . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea/snacks is a excellent idea. Great location, easy access to Subway. Also a nice walkable area.

Exceptional experience from start to end. Very friendly and helpful staffs, especially, 潘潘, 丽稳, 小闫 and 燕姐。Super impressed! Great location. Delicious breakfast and drinks. The whole families of 9 were able to relax and enjoy our stay! Will be our first choice in Beijing.

The stay was wonderful. There was great communication with the hotel. They reserved a taxi to pick us up from the airport. When we arrive they explained everything with great detail. Alice help us everyday to organize our trip and help us order taxis. Outside of the hotel there are many food and shopping shops. The food was amazing every day. We were sad to go as we wanted more days im the hotel and to explore the area/

Un petit cocon !

Une petite pépite dans un quartier très sympa ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, ce fut un réel plaisir ! Le métro n’est qu’à 3 minutes à pieds ! L’ambiance est très sympathique ! Et le tea-time permet de rencontrer les autres voyageurs ! Super !

Outstanding service, free breakfast and tea break snacks (6 plates of snacks wow). They even helped us to book a taxi to the hotel when we were leaving. Place is really quaint and lovely. Would give a 10 out of 5 for service if I could.

I had an incredible stay at this charming boutique hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality was warm, genuine, and attentive without being overbearing. The location is perfect—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private, yet still within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Our room was beautifully designed with thoughtful touches, super comfortable bedding, and a spotless bathroom. It had that perfect blend of cozy and elegant. And the food—absolutely fantastic! Every breakfast felt like a treat, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a great variety of options. This place really has it all: comfort, character, and top-notch service. Perfect location, amazing hotel

I can not imagine that there is a hotel better located in Beijing. Staying right in the middle of the hutongs, this hotel had amazing historical character, lovely staff, breakfast and afternoon tea included, and a free laundry service. Needless to say I will gladly be back next time I’m in Beijing

Amazing location, lovely room, each room has it's own roof terrace, don't miss the free afternoon tea- lovely fresh fruit and fresh nuts, better than any nuts I've ever had before. Very tranquil and quiet yet so close to the hutongs. The room was really toasty, beautiful wooden ceiling. Perfektes Hotel. So stellt man sich China vor. Mitten in den Hutongs und die Unterkunft wunderschön. Modernes Badezimmer, Fußboden Heizung, Nudelsuppe zum Frühstück und das Personal sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

I often stay at luxury hotels, but I’ve never seen a hotel and room quite like this one. It’s rich in traditional Beijing architectural culture. The room is clean and full of character. The staff are extremely friendly. Everyone is working diligently and professionally. There’s none of the toxic tipping culture you find in the US. The afternoon tea and breakfast are also very fresh. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

位置熱鬧區鬧鐘中取靜，環境優美，傳統小形小合院，地點就在南鑼鼓巷地鐵站幾分鐘徒步路程。工作人員態度友善，積極處理問題很有耐心。每天提供免費，下午茶咖啡啤酒汽水很貼心。唯一就是水壓問題，洗澡時出水比較慢曼，冷熱水不穩定，可能是舊有四合院關係，水力提供一般。除此之外，除此之外就滿分了。

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel — absolutely stunning, truly a hidden gem. Every detail was perfect, the place itself is beautiful beyond words, and the attention to guests was simply outstanding. Cloe, Alice and the other girl in the reception were exceptional — warm, kind, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything was flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was a 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back! Wow wow wow
