"First time at Avalon Club & we love it. Karen, the asst manager, took care of checking us in early & was so pleasant & professional. Our room was perfect. We stayed in the 1-bedroom & it was amazing. Great views, a full kitchen, washer & dryer, 1.5 baths, and spotless. The best part is the parking (it’s $35 but so worth it). We walked directly out to the beach from the hotel. The pool is on the 5th floor & small so we were down on the beach the entire time. Hope to stay here again when visiting...

"We had a lovely stay in the Specialty Sundeck Room, and we are already planning to return next year! The staff at the resort were so friendly, the room itself was perfect and comfortable, and the beach was beautiful. We rented a car, but honestly could have been fine without it since there were so many dining options so close by. Seriously could not have asked for a more perfect trip. Highly recommend! "

"Great location - short 5 minute walk to the beach. This part of Miami Beach is more quiet and less crowded but still just a short bike Ride to South Beach. Hotel had a very nice and relaxing vibe. Staff super welcoming and kind. Great breakfast at the hotel restaurant - the Nutella French toast was amazing! Can’t wait to go back! "

"Very nice place to stay! Customer service was great, anytime we needed anything they were on it! Very clean area. Very reasonable prices as well! The only thing that my family didn’t like was the beds, they were very hard. We mentioned it to the staff while we were there! Other than that the stay was perfect! We will definitely be back! "

"Check in process went smooth but, did not realize until we got to our room that it was not the room I had booked. Asked for king size bed and ended up having a room with 2 double beds. This was not told to us at check-in. Also, note not all rooms have balconies. So will make sure next time we have a balcony as well. We called customer service and said someone would be in touch.
