The stay was good need to fix the machines in the game area kept taken my coins for my kids and didn’t get to play certain games. The apple bees staff need to be a little more friendly and nicer. I was followed by the employee because he asked me if I paid for an adult meal which this was my first time at the hotel so that should of been explained at my check in time. He kept harassing me each time I went to get my kid’s breakfast. Every adult doesn’t eat breakfast and quiet frankly the food for breakfast was terrible. I didn’t appreciate him antagonizing me over a meal that was free for kids in the first place when u advertising kids eat free. I already had a bad experience from the airport then to come to a hotel and have bad service is just stressful as it is. The hotel staff was very friendly but they need to do a better job explaining stuff to people at check in. It would be a lot more convenient to enjoy adult time with the option of the pool to be open pass 11

Great place to stay. They had buses that went to both Universal and Disney parks at reasonable times so it was very convenient. The rooms were cleaned well and they have great amenities like laundry ($2 for each machine but the dryers dont work that well), a pool with activities around, and even a movie room in the lobby. The staff were really kind and always helped out when needed.

Normally Holiday Inn is a nice hotel. This was not our experience for our room. Showed up after a day at the parks and check in was easy. Get to the room and there isn’t any cable. Lightning is what we were told. TVs aren’t smart so we couldn’t watch anything except on our own devices. Raining so we couldn’t use the pool. Went to take a relaxing shower and the pipes rattled/vibrated so bad my kids couldn’t sleep. Sounded like a construction crew was trying to demo the wall! Shower head needed cleaned and the shower curtain was ripped. The vent fan didn’t work and the floor stayed wet despite leaving the bathroom light fan on all night. The room doesn’t have blackout curtains that block out the morning light so didn’t really get to sleep in. Loved that the room had 4 bunks but kids said they were hard and the wall didn’t extend to the ceiling so my adult activities were cancelled that night as well. King bed was comfortable. Wall temperature control did not control the ac. Had to program the actual window unit. The office chair in the room was flaking off the vinyl and was missing a third of it. Looked awful. Seat back also wiggled like it was broken. Overall I was disappointed. Spoke to the front desk and wasn’t charged for the resort fee and the employee was nice about it. Don’t think I would go back.

This property is the best you don’t have to leave it it’s literally the perfect location every time I come to Orlando this is where I stay great for family’s always clean everyone is always nice and helpful it’s a great place to be

To be honest this stay had me disappointed, I have stayed at this property before without issue. Everything was clean in our room but one of the drawers in the dressing wouldn’t stay shut. We had to call the front desk 2 times to have housekeeping come in and clean because they skipped us twice. Our cable was unfortunately not working well in the room also. I loved the transportation to the parks however the Epcot pick up at the end of the night it way to early for magic kingdom guests because you will miss the bus because you have to leave before the fireworks are even over to be able to get out on time to make it which defeats the purpose. Front desk was very nice and I enjoyed the pool a lot. You are surrounded by a couple restaurants and fast food which is awesome. Disney springs is close but is not within walking distance so you will need to plan to get a Uber/Lyft to get there.
