This is good for an economical stay at a good location on IDrive. The breakfast is continental, cereal, fruit, bagels, grab and go style, with a waffle maker as the only hot food choice. Coffee is decent. We encountered an issue upon looking over our room, but Alex the manager, and Jackie at the front desk, immediately acknowledged and resolved it. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

One of the reasons we chose this property was they listed shuttle to the theme parks as an amenity. When I asked about how to book the shuttle the girl at the desk told me they had no shuttle. When I pointed out that the paper she had given me when we checked in said there was a shuttle, she said the papers were old and needed to be updated because they no longer had a shuttle. Most of the outlets in our room didn’t work because the plugs would literally fall out of them. The free breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly when we spoke to them. Overall it just needs to be renovated.

Rick was so kind and very professional. He even helped me with continued bookings I originally made through third party apps when I had to extend a number of times also to get me into the same room when possible. Him and the rest of the staff were some of the best I have personally encountered.

This is a quick weekend trip so I didn’t let it bother me much because we only use the room to sleep. The room was not cleaned properly or at all in my opinion. The towels were stained even after asking for new ones. Honestly we didn’t use them. The room floor was dirty and needed a good mopping. Breakfast also only had carb option, waffles, bagels, muffins. Plus was the location. Close to all the parks we visited, plus food and shopping options. But I would not stay here again.

The only real positives to this property are the proximity to Disney, the cheap price (compared to others), and thats about it; Barely passable with cleanliness. There weren't any bugs in the room and the bathroom/bed seemed okay. However, the bathroom towels and sheets were mildly stained; Not once were we offered new towels, during our three night stay and the room also wasn't cleaned a single time, despite us being at the Disney parks for the entire trip. Also, the breakfast sucks; Don't expect anything other than white bread, milk, cereals, small muffins and a waffle making station, as well as juice. The staff seem indifferent to everyone and the customer service is lacking. I wouldn't bother at all with this place, unless all you want is a halfway decent bed to sleep in, for cheap. That really is all this place has going for it; We won't be back.

Staff was very nice we came late on Friday night they were very nice and welcoming however bathroom floor was dirty the bed sheets were stained . Smelled like mildew luckily I always come prepared with blankets and Lysol and fabric spray room spray for my allergies etc breakfast was okay no protein but my kids wash waffles Overall not a terrible we go to sleep we don’t spent time in hotel . We use to take quick showers and leave out the parks . I have stayed in way better for the same price often.

Charging a resort fee? This is far from a resort. Good hotel for the basics definitely worth the price. Just a few things to account for charging a resort fee when there’s absolutely nothing to do at the hotel other than sleep. The pool closes at 7 that is near unheard of. People coming from theme parks may want to take a swim after. AC shuts off because there’s no consistent fan option. Bathroom needs some updating. Overall 4/10
