"I missed my connection flight, but I was lucky to find this hotel to spend the night. I called many hotels around Atlanta airport but this was the only one offering a 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport (the other ones would stop at 11:30 pm and return at 5 am) and I arrived at the airport after midnight. "The staff was very nice although they have their policies other guest were extremely rude and they stayed professional. I wouldn’t mind staying again but the renovations would have to be completely finished. Hot as hell in the lobby and you can’t check in til 3pm although online says 11am"
