"Princeps Hotel Rome was the perfect choice for my pre Mediterranean Cruise. About 500 yards from the Roma Termini train station, it was a straight walk up Cavour Blvd adjacent to the Santa Maria Basilica. About 50 feet on your left is a small doorway that is the entrance to the building the hotel is located in. Enter and go straight and the small elevator on the left side up a small step. 4th floor and thru a glass door you enter a nicely updated check- in area. Hopefully you get Lea to assist...

"Staff helpfful but some stairs near the elevators which could not be avoided. Breakfast was good and had much variety."

"One receiptionist shouted to us to stop us to go inside a room that store the welcoming wine but we were told by another receptionist when checking in that we are free to go there and help ourselves. This reveiptionist should be more courtesy and explained that if want we should request them to bring it to our room. Hope the staff have more training on better communication with guests not rendering guests feelng "gulity" in our case. "
