Awesome service, Alex, Benito, Claudia on beach. We did pay to go over to the Lobster house at sister property, FIRE and Vibe was Fire! Excellence is the party resort so keep that in mind. "It is a beautiful 'resort' where we felt safe the whole time. It is also a timeshare property so everywhere you go they ask for your room number to verify your all inclusive (even though you do have wristbands). The service was either amazing or they didn't care to be there. Hit or miss no matter how nice we were. The cleaning staff was amazing. Out of the five restaurants, only two are included, nothing special. The buffet was good, great to have food available all day but wasn't the greatest....
