"Lovely setting, most staff good with a couple of real stand outs. However, there were issues that you wouldn't expect from a 5* hotel. Our room was boiling hot and stuffy when we arrived. It was warm and the sun shining in for days, but the AC had no effect. Even opening windows to try and get some air in and forcing the AC to be always on it was unbearable. Reported to reception asked for a room change “we’re fully booked” which I know wasn’t true. Staff attempted to fix when we were out, but...

"Management was friendly and helpful. It is difficult to drive to the hotel due to narrow one-way streets. Parking works very well in underground parking. The apartment was great, no complaints. Hallways in the hotel building need repainting because they are dirty. There are many restaurants in the area, also a great local food court. We were generally quite happy with our 3 nights stay in this central location of Budapest."
