Luis Bosse at the front desk is someone who greets us many of our visits and is always so friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile (favorite room, early check in, etc). The hotel is historic, beautiful, well maintained and close to everything. The staff from housekeeping to the various restaurant staff, all top notch. We travel often and never find better service and making us feel welcome like the St Francis. When visiting SF, stay here. You'll be glad you did. "
