"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"We arrived early to the hotel, we were given rooms before checkin time. The concierge was wonderful. The rooms were great. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect. The pillow were so so. But the bed and comforter were pleasant. I want to recognize Albino for making our breakfast spectacular every morning. He went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast was to our satisfaction and that was the most important start of our day. We will definitely only come back to this hotel. Walking...

"Really liked our room. Easy to walk to lots of shops/dining and the Underground. Only complaint- the perfume/air freshener or cleaning agent in the hallway was choking us it was so strong. We had to hold our breath going to our room. Once we were in our room we were happy. "

"the room was comfortable the hotel was quaint the location is just a short walk from a waitrose and gloucelster road train stop. the shower is like fantastic! and buy the breakfast vouchers when you get there to save 25%. breakfast was ample and add a mix of hot and cold food and pastry. this hotel just feels different than a standard chain hotel. my room was spacious they were a little alcoves and corners to explore and it was very clean and quaint. centrally located on several bus and train...
