Great staff and customer service. Thank you Maria, Rancela, Faheem and Chris Brendas. Love the fruits at the lobby, newspapers and the daily bottled water and biscuits complements in the room. Also the daily housekeeping is awesome. Thank you everyone in Park Grand London!

The Park Grand Hotel in Kensington is an absolute gem of a hotel! Staff are so polite, friendly and very welcoming! The hotel is literally 3-4 minute walk from Earl’s Court underground station. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped - we were luckily enough to have received a free upgrade and the special touches that true hotel made were exceptional - thank you so much, we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends staying in London. So easy to access the main sights but lovely and quiet area to return to for a very restful nights sleep!

We booked a deluxe room for 3 nights. The first room we were offered was below ground and had no window. We refused this room and were offered a choice of two other rooms. One looked out on air con units and spikes to stop pigeons. The other, that we settled for, was at ground floor level and much smaller than we thought we'd booked. There was very little public areas to relax in. A dining room that we only saw occupied at breakfast time and a sofa area in front of reception where groups gathered waiting to check in or out. When in the hotel, we stayed in our room and only used the dining room for breakfast. Staff tried to be helpful. Housekeeping was good. No extractor in the bathroom. The hotel is very close to the tube station so convenient for travel and lots of places to buy food round about. We didn't feel the hotel deserved its four star rating.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Park Grand Kensington. The room we had was larger than we’ve had in London on previous trips, so was much appreciated for our 7 night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast in the restaurant several times over the week, and while the food was good, there wasn’t much variety each day, but that was ok, we did not starve. We also had dinner there a couple of nights, and that was fantastic! Again, the waitstaff was excellent! Very helpful and accommodating. We would most definitely stay there again!
