This was a great and comfortable stay at the Cura. We stayed for six nights. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and well decorated. Overall, it was a great part of our trip to London!
Great location, nice room, however no counter space in bathroom for private toiletries, and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. No vegan options in restaurant, however many close by that were absolutely delicious! Very clean hotel and nice staff!

Loved the unique artwork and funky vibe, but the shower had rust and mold, and didn’t drain very well. Staff were excellent but don’t use the hotel to call a cab- catch one at a nearby street for quicker service. Location works well if you’re able to use tube or bus into central London.
We switched to the Cura from another hotel that was unacceptable. We were so relieved to stay here; it was clean, comfortable, and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially Americans who are used to the included amenities like coffee pot in room and air conditioning.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was also good with a decent selection to start the day.
Overall good value – would definitely stay here again.
Cons:
Check in was not the best. I was initially told to carry my own heavy bags up the stairs but I pushed for a bell man and eventually he came.
My stay included breakfast and the man checking me claimed it did not, until I spoke to another staff member who confirmed it was indeed included.
Old bathroom.
No mirror on table to do makeup so bring your own or do it standing.
Elevator does not require keycard so anyone can access room floors.
Pros:
Most of the staff is very helpful.
Room is clean and modern with Ac
Safe area
GREAT location. I’ve been to London 5 times and this one is unbeatable.
The staff at checking were wonderful - Constantine and Zoro - very pleasant and friendly.
Breakfast buffet was tasty except the ‘scrambled eggs’ - the croissants were amazing
But the two servers did not properly explain how it worked - we completely missed the front part of the buffet which had the fruit and juices and cereals.
We didn’t t get coffered coffee
And when asked for water was told to get it myself
I would suggest adding eggs to order
(Not just poached with hollandaise. )
Rooms small but tastefully decorated!
Had a great Time! Very nice room, hotel, breakfast, location, staff ! It’s been recently refurnished. The breakfast area has huge Windows With a lot of lights and view in the beautiful street !
Everything was perfect for us.

Room was nice but bathroom tiny & shower dated with mildew etc. Stairwell musty & smells but we had to use as there was only 1 small elevator. The restaurant and main areas are gorgeous.

Perfectly located for us right in the centre of Earls Court. The hotel was clean although we did have some blood on our bathroom mirror, which the staff cleaned off promptly. The room was very small and only had 1 chair. The bed was pushed up against the walls on 3 sides but was very clean and comfortable.
The in room facilities were a little stingy as there was only 1 coffee or tea each with only 1 biscuit each. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was good but the shampoo dispenser was impossible to use.
We didn’t have breakfast here but it did look good. The best part of our stay was the staff who were very attentive and friendly. Overall it is a perfectly placed hotel set up more for individuals than couples due to in room facilities, generally very clean with brilliant staff. 👍

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Room spotless.
Mattress had a slight dip on one side. Sound proofing in the room not great, I got woken by slamming doors and also a neighbour watching TikTok videos at 5am.
Location is great.
Very friendly staff, just like all the other comments. We were able to check in a little early thanks to a lovely woman at the front desk—so appreciated. Well-located. The room was decent, comfortable and clean, but missing a few details - like wash cloths, a shower that kind of overflows onto the bathroom floor since the drains didn’t empty quite fast enough, a random tooth brush found in the bathroom when we first arrived. None of these were dealbreakers and we had a perfectly nice stay, but just a little more focus on housekeeping details would have upped the impression.
Enjoyed our stay here!
When we came to check in was told that they only had basement rooms available unless we wanted to wait - when looking for hotel rooms I purposely didn’t book some hotels as they were windowless rooms so opted to wait.
The lady behind the desk seemed a bit dismissive and over her shift, she told us to sit and wait and would let us know when our room was ready. She left her shift and did handover and then I went to check with the man who was now on the desk and he didn’t know we were waiting but that was all sorted and the rest of the stay was good!
Was a bit nervous after that first interaction
Would recommend this hotel, nice and peaceful - bathroom was slightly dated but functional and room was nice, bed was comfortable.
To be honest, the hotel was much better before the renovation and change of name. The beds were more comfortable and the rooms were roomier. I was also really upset that you removed the refrigerator and the microwave. It's always nice to be able to heat something up and keep cold items. Very disappointing. This was my third time at this location but I won't be returning sadly. Also, I'm not in London to watch television but so many channels were gone :(
