"The seafood restaurant is the best! Best food and best service hands down! We enjoyed the all the activities that they offered. Also, the housekeepers would come by the room twice a day, which was very helpful and convenient! The bartenders were very friendly. 24 hour room service was so cool as well. The people were extremely accommodating and friendly. Just have to avoid the speeches at the beginning at check in, we got stopped a few times to try and buy a spa package and such. Which might I add, super expensive and unnecessary, and especially the private dinner on the beach that they try and sell you for $350 u.s! Other than that, the room was great, we had a king bed with ocean view! Plan to return in the future! "

"When you first arrive you are greeted with a glass of champagne. You are engulfed by the beautiful views straight out of the lobby. The staff is all very friendly. The room accommodations are very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who want to travel to Cancun but don’t want to be in the center of the hotel zone. It’s close enough to all the things you would want to do and private enough to be in your own oasis’s. "

"I enjoyed my stay at excellence. The rooms and property were clean and well maintained. The staff was wonderful. They were very accommodating to my gluten free diet and the food was actually very tasty. Drinks were good- bartenders were great. The shows were awesome- we saw pure energy perform and also the live saxophone. Everyone was helpful and kind. The beach was cleaned up nice with chairs available. We did an excursion to the island which was fun. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay. There were many others we met who had been there multiple times and now i can see why. I would return again. Things worth mentioning- there was good bathroom access in many places if your room is too far. The food had such good flavor in most restaurants ( i didn't try them all) i didn't find the service to be as good at the fancier ones, the service was more attentive and friendlier at the more casual spots. With food sensitivities- eating out can be stressful but this wasn’- foods clearly labeled that i could eat and the servers doubled checked everything. They went out of their way to make me gluten free pancakes for breakfast. towels were available at the beach and pool spots. Lots of little things and activities to do throughout the day. Room service 24/7. In room fridge with drinks. It’s a good drive from the airport, like 25 min or so without stopping so bring a water. The hotel included sailboat was so fun, we saw sea turtles! Coffee/ice cream shop was amazing. "
