We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Ziva from Oct 10-17, 2026. Loved our room in the club tower — having access to the food in the main floor lounge was really lovely. We took advantage of it often. Staff were wonderful and the nightly shows were amazing. Great time!

We had an amazing time at Hyatt Ziva! Their pools are beautiful and the beach is literally right there! Food was good, lots of variety! Super family friendly too! Shout out to Benjamin from the main lobby and Fernanda from the Club tower, who both went above and beyond to make our stay better.

OMG everything was amazing from the staff to the food to the drinks. We enjoyed our vacation sooooo much that we are planning on going again next year. I recommend going to El Habanero the food is chefs kiss soooooo delicious!!!! The staff there was amazing very attentive. Also our Butlers were amazing thank you Natalia Natasha and Diego for everything !!!
