“BELLISIMA!”
This hotel was awesome! It was in the historic center, perfectly located- honestly.... and the staff was so pleasant and helpful, greeted us day and night. Upon arrival they upgraded our room!!!! we loved it there!

Perfect location sitting between the station and the Doumo. Clean rooms, modern facilities. Good breakfast. Wifi worked well. Very pleasant stay.

“Nice Location”
This is so far my favorite city in Italy. I came here to eat! Hotel is 400 meters from train station and you can see the town square from there. The hotel has a great lobby bar with free appetizers around 5 pm and the staff is very good with giving information about local wine and wineries. It is a small town so everything is easy to walk to. The best restaurant with great service and good prices is located around the block called "La Madia." Another good one is Yellow Bar and my favorite- home made gellato is GROM.

Could not fault any aspect of the hotel and the location is very central...easy walking distance to all the major sights and attractions in this beautiful city.

“Definetly a comfortable and relaxing room”
Everything about the room and location were great, you can walk anywhere. The location for shopping was perfect and right by the Duomo. The Cheese plate from room service could have been fresher and with softer cheeses but our stay in Florence was one we would go back too.

Excellent hotel. The room was very large even for American standards. The service was great. No problems. Great location!!
“well worth the visit”
set in the heart of florence within walking distance of most of the cities main attractions, the sofitel is well worth a visit. the staff were polite and helpful and answered any queries we had, our room which was on the first floor was very comfortable, clean, air conditioned, and soundproofed. the breakfast included a wide and varied choice of hot and cold buffet. we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

Do not drive! Hard to get to this hotel and parking is 35 Euros per day.
