Large studio type rooms with full kitchen...great location!,,,Very friendly and accomodating staff!!!...Lay back....Pretty surroundings!!!,,, A "true" Key West experience!!!! We will be back, for sure!!!!!

“Wish we were still there!”

The room was clean. There was a small kitchen with cooking essentials. When we were out not only did the maid staighten up the room she even did the dishes. It was absolutely wonderful to be there.

We loved our stay at this hotel; the location was great, the service was excellent, and the rooms were exceedingly clean. It is trying to be environmentally friendly, so some amenities are not available, but for the price? Fantastic. Our room was upgraded to a suite, and we enjoyed our time there tremendously.

Enjoyed staying here during our 5 day vacation in Key West. We checked in and was surprised to be given an upgrade in the room because there weren't any others using it! We had a small kitchen and used it on our last day. Pots and pans, plates, cups, silverware, and paper towels. We cooked on our last day since we got tired of all the bar foods. Free breakfast in the morning and a nice clean pool to use. Great walking distance to Duval Street and other attractions. We didn't need any bikes or scooters at all!

“Will use any time I travel to Key West”

Stayed one night ine Key West and this place was perfect. The price was maybe a little high for the room but manageble since I was spilting with a friend. It is in the perfect location just a block up from Duval. It is on the opposite end of the main tourists spots but that was part of the possitive aspects. We were close to everything but not so close that we were disturbed by anything going on farther up. The room did have a full kitchen but we never used it. I plan on remembering that for the next time. The staff there was extremely helpful. When we checked in they told us the good places to eat, things to see, the easiest way to get to everything. I wish we had been able to stay longer than we did. You may drive past the place the first time around, we did. But it was such a great set up with the pool in the middle of the courtyard. All the rooms are centered around it and have tables near each door. I will be staying here every time I go back. This was the best experience I have ever had staying at any hotel or b and b.

“Perfect for a weekend trip!”

We attended that "Duval Uncorked" Food and Wine Festival (also recommended!) and were looking for a cheap place for 1 night. We were pleasantly surprised! We were greeted by the manager, who check us in and gave us maps, "must do" activities, and told us all the ins-and-outs of Key West. The room was very clean, but a little noisy given it's right off the street. If you're looking for a luxurious hotel, this isn't it...but if you're looking for a comfortable, clean, friendly place for a weekend trip...I highly recommend. Our room even had a fully furnished kitchen which would have been great if we were staying longer. Also, there is parking right out front...which is priceless in Key West. Easy walking distance to anything you want to see in Key West. We will be staying here in the future.

“B&B with great location”

Walking distance from all of the key areas of interest in Key West. 2 blocks from Southmost point, <1 mile from Hemmingway's house and bars on Duvall Street. The hotel itself was adequate - a sleepy B&B with a small pool, continental breakfast, and decent space in the room.
