"This is a perfect apartment for a small group to visit Fort William. It has a parking spot if you are driving yourself. It put us in driving range ti visit the Isle of Skye. Takes a whole day to do but worth it if you get over that way"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice, dinner at the restaurant was excellent and we really enjoyed a few beverages at the bar. The grounds were pretty being right on the river. Our room was spacious and pretty comfortable, though at the price point for the room, felt that the amenities could use some love and attention. Even just better pillows and small refurbishments upgrades would make a big difference. We’d definitely consider staying again, but would compare against...

"For a 4 star hotel this was appalling. During our 3 night stay we didn’t see one member of hotel staff. No reception (self checkin & out) room was dirty I had to clean the toilet when we arrived and the cups but there was no one to tell. Rang reception several times no one picks up. Went down whole area in darkness. You would have thought the hotel was closed. Dinning room closed breakfast in attached bistro, thank goodness this was lovely. "
