"The helpfulness of the reception staff who sought us out to advise us that our room was ready. They provided information about the restaurant, spa, shuttle bus and late checking out. The room was clean with all facilities. The pullows were a bit too hard for my luking but that was personal to me. We had a couples treatment in the spa and the staff there were very attentive. The shuttle bus takes you to Nelson Nandela Square and shopping centre and brings you back. All the staff were friendly but...

The hotel cancelled my initial booking under the pretext that I needed to confirm.
