Very well located 5min walk from Rosebank Gautrain station. It was easy and convenient to make the return journey to the airport. The staff were all very polite and attentive, I interacted with security, reception, restaurant and cleaning staff and all were exceptionally helpful. I appreciated the hotel preparing a packed breakfast for a safari trip starting early before the breakfast buffet was opened. I had the breakfast buffet on 3 mornings and it was excellent in terms of variety of foods, quality of ingredients and taste. The gym was very well equipped with weights going up to 30kgs, a cable machine and 2 fully functioning treadmills allowing me to follow my training programme uninterrupted. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was an adequate supply of towels and basic cosmetics in the bathroom. Water, tea and coffee were topped up daily as part of the room clean. Overall fantastic stay, I have no criticisms

We needed a safe quiet place to stay when my son was in the hospital and this was the perfect place. The staff were warm and caring. It felt good to come back after a long day at the hospital to a peaceful and warm environment. We had a really pleasant stay at Hyatt House Johannesburg. The hotel is modern, clean, and feels well looked after. One of the biggest positives is the location—being so close to the shopping mall makes everything incredibly convenient, whether you need food, essentials, or just want to wander around without travelling far. Breakfast was genuinely good, with a solid range of options and fresh food that set the day off well.
