"This hotel is perfect. Unfortunately, I came there with a broken bone in foot from last place and staff, particularly Lily searched medical facilities in Hanoi and organised a fracture boot for me to be delivered. I also got very sick and the staff went above and beyond to help get the doctor out, pick up medicine for me and just so much more than I would expect.
