"Our stay was very good overall. The hotel was in a great location that allowed us to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and accessible to our needs. The best part for the kids was the water playground. They could have spent the entire trip playing on the slides or splashing around in the water. If we ever return to Gatlinburg, we would stay here again."

"Overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was fine, and the staff were very nice. The road noise was pretty loud at times, but I’m a heavy sleeper so that doesn’t bother me. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the river. I don’t understand why they had to unpack all their boxes in the morning right before breakfast. There were probably 20 boxes thrown around the sides of the wall in the breakfast area so you had to walk around them when going to your seat...

"Staff was unbelievable helpful and personable. Right at the edge of all the Gatlinburg honky-tonk. I took my grandkids to the aquarium (a la the old VISA commercial- Moody Blues ' Tuesday Afternoon). They loved it. I loved it. Trout fishing in the Pigeon River was well received, too."

"Outside looks like the slums. But inside the rooms were really nice. Would recommend based on that alone for the price of what you get. "

"Conveniently located downtown. Once we were there we didn't move our car til we left because we walked or rode transit everywhere we went. The beds there are really comfortable. The shower was awesome. Everyone was very friendly. The walls were thin cause you could hear people in the next room. I would definitely recommend this place. I would stay here again."
