"Overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was fine, and the staff were very nice. The road noise was pretty loud at times, but I’m a heavy sleeper so that doesn’t bother me. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the river. I don’t understand why they had to unpack all their boxes in the morning right before breakfast. There were probably 20 boxes thrown around the sides of the wall in the breakfast area so you had to walk around them when going to your seat...

"Great place. A bit pricey unless you stay for the 1 and a half hour time-share sales presentation. With only 3 days, I turned the deal down. Convenient but on-site store has odd hours. Liquor and beer easy to get right next door. Check to see if zip lines are open if that is one of the amenities you desire. It was closed during the entirety of our four days there. Excellent spa services. Water park is the best I’ve ever seen."

"The rooms are very clean and nice. Didn't hear anything from the rooms around me at all so they are quiet as well. The breakfast was pretty amazing. Definitely worth getting up for. The location is perfect too. It's very close to the parkway but back behind things so it's less chaotic getting to and from the property."

"Crossroads in was conveniently located in the heart of Gatlinburg with almost anything you needed within walking distance. the receptionists were very polite and professional. the room was clean and quiet. and finally the property was well kept. I would stay here again. "
